Join us for the 2024 Walk for Awareness at the Overpeck Park Amphitheater as we celebrate an impressive 25-year milestone made possible thanks to your continued support! Englewood Health Foundation's annual Walk for Awareness has inspired our communities to work together in support of patients at The Leslie Simon Breast Care and Cytodiagnosis Center at Englewood Health. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, participants and other donors, we can provide uninsured and underinsured patients with access to life-saving care.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

• Adult - Fundraising required
  $30 entry with a commitment to raising $100 or more by November 30.

• Youth - Fundraising required
  $20 entry with a commitment to raising $50 or more by November 30.  

• Individual
  $50 entry with no additional fundraising required. You can still choose to fundraise if inspired at a later time. 

• Survivor
  Your fundraising goal is yours to decide! 

• Furry Companion
  The Susan Lucianna Memorial Dog Walk welcomes your furry family members to walk in support of Englewood Health. Choose this option as a second registrant when signing up. $10 entry and all pets must be accompanied by an adult.
